Picture Tips

Be sure that your picture highlights the markings and features on your pet that make it unique.

Keep your pictures up to date, especially if a pet gains or looses weight.

For dark pets, use a flash and lighter colored background for the best results. Features tend to stand out more in close-ups of dark animals.

Eye color is an important part of identifying a pet. If your image has signs of red eye, please let us know the true color of your pets eyes and we will either try to remove the red eye or include eye color on the card.

We here at Happy At Home Pet Sitters know the importance of being prepared for emergencies. We have decided to offer the following Special as a free gift to all of our clients who reserve and pay for 3 or more visits. Picture taking is included, if we can get a good picture of your pet during a regular visit.

Emergency Pet ID Card / Pet Care Alert

The custom Emergency Pet ID Card is a full color ID card for your pets. This full color card will alert emergency personnel to the fact that you have pets at home that require care if you are unable to do so. The full color picture can also be used to identify your pet whenever an emergency personnel needs to access your home for a rescue.

This personalized ID card is created on premium stock business card paper, and is the perfect size for carrying in a wallet or purse. Each card is customized with a picture of one or more of your pets, as well as your name, address, and other emergency contact numbers. The background is wallpapered with a subtle pet design. The back is left blank for your notes or other information (including how to best catch a frightened animal), or can be customized to your specifications. The card can also be easily taken to your local printing store for laminating

Cost for non-customers is $0.90 for 2 cards, $1.70 for 4 cards, or $1.90 for 6 cards. Shipping and handling of the cards will be an additional $1.
