Client Refund Policy

100% deposit is expected at time of reservation or initial booking consultation, and your dates may not be reserved unless payment is received.

This amount is generally refundable up to 7 full days prior to service. Reservations cancelled 48 hours to 7 days prior to service are refundable up to 80%, while holidays and remaining periods are non-refundable. Special exceptions may be made at the discretion of your pet sitter.

This policy is in force as a reminder that your pet sitter's time is valuable to you as well as to other customers. Reservations should be made in good faith so that your pet sitter can schedule and provide the best and most efficient service possible for all. However, your pet sitter understands that emergencies and special circumstances do occur. Please let us know if you have any questions.

New Clients:

Please check our Service Area (see button on menu above), and call for availability. If you are accepted as a new client, please then follow these instructions:

New customers should print the New Client Packet, and then review & fill in the information requested in ink. Have the completed forms ready at the free Initial Booking Consultation in your home. Please plan to spend 30-90 minutes reviewing your pet care and home care information at the initial consultation appointment.

Next fill out or print an Online Service Request to book service if you have dates planned. Please be sure to include your ADDRESS and PHONE NUMBER in the notes field so that we can locate your home before returning a call.

You and your spouse should read through the agreements listed in the packet and Service Request thoroughly. Only one signature is required on each agreement.

Our pet sitter reserves right to accept changes to reservations only from the clients who have signed the forms, or from any single adult representing themselves as part of the household.

Current Clients:

Place your Online Service Request electronically. You will receive a discount of $0.50 per visit each time you book vacation service using this form.

Please Submit, and Print 2 copies, and then close the window when you finish your request before starting a new request. Sign one copy and mail it or leave it for your pet sitter.

Please let us know if you encounter any problems, or if we don't respond to your submitted service request within 24 hours.

Payment Options

Payment can be made electronically through PayPal. To pay with credit card, click the PayPal link also - you do not need to signup or have have a PayPal account to pay with a credit card.

Checks and Money Orders are also welcomed. Cash is also accepted. Your Pet Sitter does not carry change to any visits, so please plan accordingly.

Also, if you leave a tip or gift, please be sure to mark it as such so there is no confusion.
